Commission statements statuses are colour coded according to the phase they're in.

The most common statuses that you will encounter on Commspace is
-Not ready (red)

-Not ready (orange)

-Ready
-Allocated

They will look like this:

Not Ready in red

a difference in amount.

Looking at the details when you edit your statement,

Not Ready in red

A difference in amount.

  1. You imported a part of the commission statement (for one or more advisers), instead of the House’s commission statement (with all of the advisers)

  2. There’s some data missing on the commission statement

  3. You have a balance brought forward

Not ready in orange

New business to be linked

Link your new business

Ready in blue

Ready to be reconciled and allocated

Allocate your items, after you've ensure it recons to your bank statement

Allocated in green

Final stage which is needed to reflect on reports
