First click on Statements

Then search for commission statements that are Not Ready by using the Filter

Select Status, then choose Not Ready

Next, select the statement that you want to link first

Click on View Now to see the statement items that need to be linked

Click on Not Linked

Now link the Product to a client by selecting the correct client.

If the client is already on Commspace, then select the client by clicking on the pencil next to the client

If it is a new client, then add the client by clicking Add

Now complete the client detail and click on Next

Complete the Product detail and click Next

Now add the Product Agreement

Complete the Valid From date and the Agreement, as well as Responsible Partner

Then click Save
