Your policy is already linked to a Product Agreement still it fails to link when you load another commission statement.

If you want to link a product number, but get the following error message, it means that a Product Agreement for the specific product number is already set up, but it failed for one of the following reasons:

The third reason is that you have set an Expiry Date for the specific Product Agreement and there is not a new Product Agreement set going forward.

You can either add a new Product Agreement or delete the Expiry Date.

To delete the Expiry Date, you can follow the instructions below.

The important item to look out for is the Expiry Date (it’s normally left empty, except if there is a specific reason for it to be completed, ie a cancellation of a policy):

The solution to this problem:

Deallocate all the statements containing this product number (by using the filter)

Go to Product Agreements, select the Product, then Unlink this Product Agreement

Click on the pencil

Open More options, delete the Expiry date and click Save

Go back to Statements and click on Link to link the product again

This Product will be linked to the policies on all the statements.
