What is the problem?
Your data looks like this, not split into their individual columns:
Therefore Commspace cannot identify which data items to process as your product number, client name etc.
This is because your device's regional settings is blocking Excel to split the data by commas. You can have a look at this article if you would like to change your regional settings, however sometimes (due to your company's internal reasons) you cannot change your regional settings.
How can I resolve this?
If you can't change your regional settings, you have to manually split the data into their relevant columns.
Step 1: select the data you want to split into columns:
Step 2: navigate to Data on your Excel Ribbon, and click on "Text to columns"
Step 3: a pop up will appear. Select "Delimited" and click on "Next"
Step 4: select "Comma" as the Delimiter. Your preview will now throw the data into the separate columns. Click on "Finish"
Your data is now in their individual columns, and ready for upload. π
