One of the signs is that you need to make use of Text-to-Column to get the statements in the correct format.

Method 1

Step 1: Open your device's Control Panel

Step 2: click on Change date, time, or number formats

Step 3: Click on "Aditional settings"

Step 4: Change the settings to the following and click OK:

  • Decimal symbol = dot

  • Digit grouping symbol = comma

  • List seperators = comma

Method 2

Step 1: Search in your Taskbar and search for Region Settings

Step 2: Select "Time & Language"

Step 3: Select "Language & region"

Step 4: Select "Administrative language settings"

Step 5: on the popup, select "Formats"

Step 6: Click on "Aditional settings"

Step 7: Change the settings to the following and click OK:

  • Decimal symbol = dot

  • Digit grouping symbol = comma

  • List seperators = comma

After restarting your device, your CSV files should now open neatly seperated into the different columns, allowing you to upload it as-is to Commspace. πŸŽ‰
