One of the signs is that you need to make use of Text-to-Column to get the statements in the correct format.
Method 1
Step 1: Open your device's Control Panel
Step 2: click on Change date, time, or number formats
Step 3: Click on "Aditional settings"
Step 4: Change the settings to the following and click OK:
- Decimal symbol = dot 
- Digit grouping symbol = comma 
- List seperators = comma 
Method 2
Step 1: Search in your Taskbar and search for Region Settings
Step 2: Select "Time & Language"
Step 3: Select "Language & region"
Step 4: Select "Administrative language settings"
Step 5: on the popup, select "Formats"
Step 6: Click on "Aditional settings"
Step 7: Change the settings to the following and click OK:
- Decimal symbol = dot 
- Digit grouping symbol = comma 
- List seperators = comma 
After restarting your device, your CSV files should now open neatly seperated into the different columns, allowing you to upload it as-is to Commspace. π
