These steps should be followed if you need to make changes to current or back dated Agreements or Responsible Partners.

Note: Generally when making product agreement changes, the product agreement(s) in question must not be linked to allocated statements. To enable you to make the changes, any statements linked to the applicable products need to be deallocated first.

Important: if you are using Commspace to do your pay out to your advisors you will need to refer to the Article explaining reversals and corrections.

Tip: You can make changes to multiple product agreements in bulk using the following methods.

Start by finding and deallocating the relevant commission statement(s).
Then go to Product Agreements, apply filters as necessary to find the relevant list of records and then click Unlink:

Once the relevant product agreements have been unlinked in the previous step, click More Actions:

Specify the appropriate target value for one of the available bulk field change values, e.g.:

Important: Please do not use Expiry Date for any changes.

Now click the Set button next to the field that you would like to update on the filtered/selected list of product agreements: 

Finally, you must go back to Statements, then link and allocate the Statements on which the Products appear. This step is very important for the changes, made earlier, to be applied.
