Troubleshooting a discrepancy
Start troubleshooting a discrepancy by opening the commission statement, then:
Check if the Allan Gray Offshore (adviser code contains AGOS) has been included in BOTH the commission statement and the bank statement entries.
Compare each code to the banked amount until you find a discrepancy.
If all codes correspond to each other, have a look at the VAT - perhaps VAT was processed where it should not have been, or visa versa.
