This is only applicable on offices using the feature Responsible Partner Match.
Conditions:
the provider & product number exist on Commspace
a valid product agreement is in place
the responsible partner code match tick is enabled on the product agreement
This blocking reason indicates one of two reasons:
Reason 1: Unknown partner name/code
Why is this happening?
Commspace doesn't recognise the statement partner name/code as your partner, even though it is the same partner.
βThis means Commspace doesn't know if the statement partner name/code is the same as the linked partner and can't make any assumptions.
How do I resolve it?
Load the Statement Partner Provider Code as a partner code for the applicable responsible partner. Once done, relink the product. The product should now link, or reflect an updated blocking reason. Note that you may still need to check that the product agreement is linked to the correct partner.
Reason 2: A change in partner name/code
Why is this happening?
The statement partner name/code does not match the linked partner, and it's a whole different partner.
βThis means Commspace has now flagged that there's been a change in statement partners, and you need to move the product to the correct partner.
How do I resolve it?
Add a new product agreeement for the new and applicable responsible partner(s) as it reflects on the commission statement. Ensure to enable the responsible partner code match tick for the new product agreement.
If you have more than one responsible partner linked on your commission statement, read the following article:
