Statement item not linking: agreement version not found

The product is linked to an agreement that has no active version on or before the statement date

Always check the Blocking Reason on a statement item to decide how to link it.

You've already linked the item (individually or via an unlinked report) but it still won't link, giving you the blocking reason: Agreement Version Not Found

How to resolve

Choose one of the following solutions:

  1. Add a new version to the applicable agreement with a valid from date on or before the statement date.

  2. Change the statement date of the commission statement to a date on or after the agreement version.
    ​- Not advised if you've already reconciled this statement.

  3. Check that your agreement version is making provision for the statement item.
    - All conditions within the agreement have to meet the requirements of the statement item.
    - E.g., if your agreement only makes provision for Short Term, but your statement item is a Medical Aid item; either amend the agreement version or update the linked statement item.
