Step 1: Download a Client Detail report
This report will give you a spreadsheet of all the latest product agreements on your office.
You can also filter on Responsible Partner or Agreement
Step 2: Fill the spreadsheet
On this spreadsheet, you add a column per field you would like to update/replace.
For example:
Please do not override the current/old information , as we require it to identify what value to replace.
You can change these items:
Agreement*
Responsible Partner*
Referrer*
Product Category
Client ID Number
Inception Dates
*these items will be changed from a specific date. Items without * will be changed for all dates on Commspace.
Step 3: Send to Commspace
Now you can send your report to Commspace, as well as indicating from when you'd like these changes to be effective.
