Client segmentation: manually overriding a segment

I want to specify other segments for specific clients that don't necessarily fall into the automatically calculated segments.

Bulk override

Select the client you wish you change the segment/group segment for, select the preferred segment in the more actions section, and click β€œset”.

Singular override

Edit your client by clicking on the pencil.

Click on the "segment/group segment" button to toggle the dropdown for your segments.

Select your preferred segment to override it.

Your overridden segments will display as an orange segment, instead of a blue segment:

How to go back to the calculated segment

If you wish to revert back to the preset segment, do this by selecting your client and selecting the β€œ(Automatic)” segment/group segment at more actions.

Your client segmentation is now ready for reporting. 😊
