Why can't I find my client?
Sometimes, when you are linking new products, Commspace doesn't seem to bring up the client you are looking for, but you know for a fact this client already exists on Commspace.
That might be because this provider captured your clients name/surname differently than it has been saved on Commspace.
βFor example:
This client has been captured as TY Engelbrecht on the commission statement, so Commspace automatically applies a filter to your client list to search for exactly that.
However, this client has previously been saved on Commspace as T Engelbrecht which does not match the filter applied.
How can I resolve this?
You can amend the automatically applied filter for initials so that you can see all the T Engelbrecht clients that exist on Commspace:
2. You can remove your entire filter and add another filter to find your client.
Now you should see your client pop up, and you can link your new product to this existing client.
