The rule of thumb when it comes to generics is as follow:

​Commission = Total Income
​Nett + Vat = Total Income

​💡If you have Broker Fees applicable, then the Fees + Commission = Total Income
​

Mandatory fields (Commspace cannot upload your item without data in these fields):
​Policy number

Commission Type

Therefore, if any of the above is NOT true - your totals aren't balancing or you have blank mandatory fields - your statement will not upload.
Ensure to amend your statement before importing it again.
