Brightrock issues what we call "payment advice" statements that are not actual commission statements.
What is the issue?
Instead of specifying commission types per client, they place a summary of the payment on the statement:
This is usually indicated with "Payment" in column R "TransactionGroupTypeDescription".
This is a problem for Commspace, as it's impossible to segment the commission earned if we don't import the correct data, with commission types, for this payment.

What can I do to resolve it?
You might have received another commission statement before this one, also in Excel format, with this information on it. When you open it up, have a look at the commission type in column R to see which items are commission earned items (i.e., does not say "Payment").
If you're unsure of if you've got the right statement, reach out to Brightrock to ask them for the commission statement for your payment received.
