How do I know that I'm uploading my commission statement to the right provider?

"Momentum Gap Cover vs Medgap vs Guardrisk" - how do I know for which provider to upload my commission statement?

We can check previous months for which provider a product has been processed as a guide to how to process our current commission statement.

Step 1: copy a product number from your commission statement

Step 2: add a filter to Commspace of "Item - Product Number" and paste your copied number here
​Step 3: look at the provider where this product has previously been processed

Step 4: choose this provider when you import your commission statement

If this product is a new product, it won't appear as part of your search in step 2 above, as this will be the first time it's appearing on your statements.

PS: the blocking reason for this scenario will be "Product for provider not found". Read more about blocking reasons in this article.
