Step 1: Login to the platform

Step 2: Once you are logged in, open the left-hand bar with the three stripes. Select the “Commissions” option

Step 3: Scroll down and select “Broker house EFT summary” option

Step 4: Select the product you want to download the statement for. This will be the time to differentiate between which product's commission statement you require; e.g., Health, Life and Invest, Insure, Vitality etc.

Select the month you want to download the statements for.

After selecting your period, select “Show Report”

Step 5: A preview of the commission statements should appear (this would be in the order of all the payments that were made during that month).

To download the Excel, click on the “X icon” in the right corner.

Your statement should automatically download.

Note: All the Discovery Life payments made during the month should reflect on one commission statement.
