tep 1: Login to the platform as per usual

Step 2: Once you are logged in, open the left-hand bar with the three stripes. Select the “Commissions” option

Step 3: Scroll down and select “Commission Paid” option:

Step 4: Select the product you want to download the statement for. This will be the time to differentiate between which product's commission statement you require; e.g., Health, Life and Invest, Insure, Vitality etc.

Select the effective month you want to download the statements for and click on "Show report"

Click on the statement link to view the commission statement:

Step 5: A preview of the commission statements should appear. Click on the download button on the right-hand side to download an Excel workbook:

Your statement should automatically download and will include all the detail needed for successful upload.
