The general rule to adhere to when drawing reports on Commspace is that the statement and items must be Allocated (or Finalised) before a report can be requested.

Additionally, any unallocated data, such as commission statements that remain unlinked, are not included in the reports, regardless of the chosen criteria.

It is important to note that these reports are not editable, but the columns can be filtered and sorted as per normal Excel rules.

Filters such as date ranges and state (e.g., Allocated, Finalized) can be applied to customize the reports.

The reports in question are used for comparative reporting.

Specifically, Partner Allocation Reports focus on commissions allocated or finalized for specific partners, while Production Reports focuses on the production, or revenue produced for the company.

Reports in Commspace are broadly categorized into Partner Allocation Reports and Production Reports.

  1. Partner Allocation Reports: Commissions that are allocated to specific partners.

  2. Production Reports: Production or revenue produced for the company
