The general rule to adhere to when drawing reports on Commspace is that the statement and items must be Allocated (or Finalised) before a report can be requested.

It is important to note that these reports are not editable, but the columns can be filtered and sorted as per normal Excel rules.

The reports in question are used for comparative reporting.

There are 4 specific reports available.

  1. Statement Allocation

This will show what the allocation to each partner will be after split.

  2. Statement Production

This will show the production for each responsible partner (the amount before split).

  3. Partner allocation

This will show the total allocation summary for each partner.

  4. Partner allocation - custom

This option will give you different selection fields for a custom look at the allocation for each partner. Here you can choose the specific fields you are interested in such as specific partner, partner types, etc.

The step action below will show what to select on Commspace to request a report. It will also explain what each report will show.

  1. Click on Statements on Commspace

2. Select from the Statement list the specific line you want a report on.

3. Click on the pencil on the right hand side of the line

4. The Statement Detail list will open for you.

5. Scroll down to the bottom of the list till you see "Select report"

6. Select the report type from the drop-down list.

7. Click on the report button

8. You can now view your selected report
