To be able to open the commission statement from the Infoslip, you'll first have to download the Infoslip viewer from Infoslips
Click on Download the Infoslip viewer
Select the Desktop Viewer applicable to you
Install the Infoslip viewer
You are now ready to open the Infoslip(s) you received from Liberty Life
Open the Infoslip (.ifs)
Check the total under Summary to make sure that it is the correct statement
Scroll down to the bottom of the Summary to make sure if there is a Balance B/F, as well as a Balance C/F
Tip - If there was a Balance Brought Forward, you’ll have to download all the commission statements that make up the total paid via EFT.
Go to Commission Statement to download the statement
Click on Excel to download the Broker Summary statement
If the Broker Summary is not available, you can download the Consolidated Transactions
Save the downloaded statement as .xlsx format
