Visit the Satrix portal in your browser and sign in with your advisor credentials.

Select the Menu button and click on Statements:

Click on the Drop Down next to Statements:

Select the Month to Download:

The statement will download to your device.

If only the PDF format is available, you’ll have to make use of the Generic Template to load this statement.

Alternatively, you can request the Excel version of the statement from Satrix.
