Visit the Old Mutual portal in your browser and sign in with your advisor credentials.
Go to Gateway Broker:
Select Omipay Statements:
Choose xls as the format:
Select the statement you need to download:
BDC payment statements under BD Tax Invoice
EBC payment statements under Corporate Solutions Tax Invoice Overview
Only one statement at a time
Then click Submit
Save the downloaded statement as .xlsx format:

Only one statement can be downloaded at a time.
Make sure that you download all the statements that form part of the payment.
If the Gateway Broker is not available, you can ask your Broker Consultant to link it to your online Old Mutual profile.
