Go to Settings:
Select the applicable action:
Add a new record by clicking Add Product Category:
Select the applicable Product Category:
Click on Save:
The Product Category required for linking policies is now available on your list.
Commspace has a list of preset Product Categories. You can select the Product Categories applicable to your business.
