Partner status

When a Partner leaves the business, you can deactivate a partner. This will also apply to changing a partner to active again.

When a partner is deactivated, what happens next?

  • Can you add the Partner to a new Agreement?

  • Does linking still take place to an Agreement with that Partner on it?

  • Does Allocation still take place when a Deactivated Partner is present?

If you deactivate a partner

  • You won't be able to add a Partner or Responsible Partner to a new agreement.

  • Linking, as well as allocation, will still take place on current agreements that was created before the deactivation took place.

Also, when you download Individual Reports, you can select not to see the Inactive Partner’s Reports. This will reduce the amount of Individual Reports created

To set your Partner Status as Inactive, you must go to Settings

Then go to Partners and select to partners you want to Deactivate

Click on Deactivate

If you require the partner not to be part of the agreement (and allocation) any more, you will have to add a new Product Agreement for the relevant products. You can also add a new version to a current agreement that excludes the deactivated partner.
