Changing the Client Type

Sort your clients as Individual or Non-Individual. This information can be used in reporting on the production for the various client types.

Here is a short video demonstrating the steps to follow.

Individual to Non-Individual

Navigation

  • Start by going to Clients

  • Then select the Client(s) you want to change to the correct Client Type by using filters

  • Next, go to More Actions and select the correct Client Type and click on Set
