Adding Product Agreements

What to do when you need to add Product Agreements individually or in bulk.

Examples

  • Replacing current Product Agreements with new Products Agreements from a specific Valid From Date

  • Policies need to be transferred to a new Responsible Partner with new Product Agreement(s)

  • When the Product Agreement structure(s) change (original Agreement not applicable anymore)

Select the applicable Product Agreement(s) by making use of the Filters and click Add Product Agreements     

You need to complete the following information

  • Valid From date

  • New Product Agreement

  • New Responsible Partner

  • Click Save

You need to Link the Commission statements that was loaded from the new Valid From Date for the applicable Policy numbers by following the next steps

  • Select Statements

  • Select the applicable Commission Statements by using Filters

  • Click Link

Important - You need to link the commission statements because you made changes to statements already loaded and the system needs to link the policies to the new Product Agreements and Responsible Partners.

If you need to make historical changes to Agreements and Responsible Partners, you can follow the next link that will explain the process in detail.

Alternatively, you can do corrections if the policies were linked to the wrong Product Agreements and/or Responsible Partners in the Past.
