Go to Google Chome's Settings:
Scroll down to the bottom of the Settings page and and click Advanced:
Scroll down to Clear browsing data:
Make sure that:
Time range is set to 'All time'
at least the Cookies and other site data option is selected
Note: It is NOT necessary to select Browsing history or Cached images and files
Finally click the Clear data button:
You will have to log in to Commspace again to continue, but saved preferences like filters, expanded sections, etc. will have been reset to their default values
Tip: Pressing Control + Shift + Delete simultaneously is a handy shortcut to open the Clear browsing data dialog directly!
