Authorisation letters are documents that authorises Commspace to process the data feeds on your behalf.
If you have pre-existing authorisation letter(s), still valid within the latest 3-month period, that you wish to capture on Commspace, you can import it.
Step 1: Navigate to Office Settings > Authorisation Letters
Step 2: Select the applicable Key Individual, or add a new option
Step 3: Select the applicable provider's Authorisation Letter
Note: if your authorisation letter is not specifically for Allan Gray, Nedgroup, Old Mutual or PPS Investments, please select "Standard Authorisation Letter"
Step 4: Select the documents from your local device
Step 5: Punch in the Signed Date - the date on which the authorisation letter you're uploading has been signed.
Note: ensure this date is correct, as letters will have to be updated every 3 months
