This is only applicable on offices using the feature Responsible Partner Match.

Conditions:

  • the provider & product number exist on Commspace

  • a valid product agreement is in place

  • the responsible partner code match tick is enabled on the product agreement

Why is this happening?

The system requires a valid partner provider code on the statement to link, but none was found because partner provider code is therefore blank.

How do I resolve it?

  1. If you have imported a generic commission statement, ensure you've entered the responsible partner per line item in a column with the header "Responsible Partner".

  2. If you've imported an original commission statement, ensure every single line item has a partner specified.
    ​Note: especially on Short Term commission statements, the providers tend to not specify the agents.

    We have two solutions that you can choose from if the partner's aren't specified on the statement:
    1. Remove the Responsible Partner Match tick for this product agreement, which means Commspace will not try to match the linked partner to the statement partner again.

    2. Add a partner name to the statement manually (this will have to be added every month):
