Solution 1: ensure you've captured the commission statement for the correct provider.
Tip: have a look again at the bank reference.
You can change the provider if needed; remember to relink your commission statement once changed.
Solution 2: Follow the usual linking process to load the product for your other provider: How to link statement items
If you have a live integration with your CRM system, this means that the product for this provider was not received on Commspace, or it hasn't synced with Commspace yet.
Note that the exact product number and provider combination has to be captured for it to linked sucessfully - Commspace won't make any assumptions.
