If you have different conditions that might be applicable to your product, you have the option to specify in which order Commspace should process it.

Example:
Condition 1: Commission only should be allocated 70/30 to Partner A.

Condition 2: Total Income should be allocated 100% to Partner B on the condition that it is a Discretionary Fund Management Fee (DFM Fee).

In this example, we want Commspace to first take the DFM Fee into consideration to allocate it to Partner B, only thereafter, if it's not a DFM Fee, should Commspace split it 70/30 to Partner A.

How to apply it?

When creating a conditional agreement, scroll to the bottom of the page and expand "More options". This will reveal Priority where you can specify which number of priority this agreement rule should take.

Remember that every priority rule has to add up to 100%.

For example, if I create a priority 2 rule and add a 80% rule, it is mandatory to specify what should happen with the balance of 20% on priority 2.
